Terms Of Service

Reiki therapy is a way of guiding energy throughout the body to promote the recipient’s self-healing abilities. The Reiki practitioner doesn’t cause the healing, nor are they the source of that healing energy; they’re a channel for the energy — similar to the way a garden hose acts as a channel for water.

Reiki is a spiritual practice, just like meditation is a spiritual practice. It’s not a religion and it’s not associated with religious practices.

It is not intended to replace medical care; healing and medicine are two separate disciplines. Reiki is the art of healing, not the practice of medicine. In case of any serious medical ailment or condition, you should always consult your doctor for advice.

As the client, you will always be treated with the utmost respect and integrity. I will endeavour to do my very best to help you but I cannot offer any guarantees as healing is a personal experience.

Cancellation Policy: We require a 24 hour notice to cancel your booking. This can be confirmed over the phone or in writing.

Any appointment missed, late cancelled or charged without 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

No information about any client will ever be discussed or shared with any third party without written consent. All your personal data will be kept safe, in line with the Privacy Policy outlined on this website.

Any payments made in accordance to the above terms are non-refundable.

By making a booking with us, you accept and agree to the terms above.
